Refund policy
If you aren't happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt for a full refund. All returns must be in original condition, unused, and in a fully re-sellable state.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unusable item, please email us within 15 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or full refund on the item, including shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Products can be exchanged for a product of the same value. Any incurred charges will be for the customer to pay, as well as all shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
